• Each order/project is completed in the order it is received.
• There is currently a 2-3 week turnaround on most custom sneakers.
• 2-3 Day shipping is standard on all orders along with tracking information.
• All custom sneakers are made to be worn but should still be handled with care.
• Due to the "made to order" nature of the custom process, there will be no returns/refunds available on sneakers.
